Virus Removal
Since 2001 we have provided internet security consulting and virus removal services to small business and home users in the Chicagoland area.
Virus removal rates are $50 for 4 hours or less, $100 for 4-8 hours, and beyond that we charge $100 per 8 hour day thereafter.
Those rates are for virus removal done at our office. House calls are $20 extra per visit.
Removal usually takes less than 8 hours.
After 8 hours of virus removal efforts, we contact the customer and suggest data recovery followed by a clean install of the operating system, which at that point is the most cost effective and smartest solution.
We are experts at virus removal, and any operating system so corrupted that it requires more than 8 hours of our undevoted time is better off wiped out and replaced with a clean install.
Install Windows
We can install any version of Windows your computer came with, however, you will need the keycode sticker on the computer case in order for your installation to be "genuine windows".
Windows installations must pass Microsoft Windows Genuine Advantage validation in order to work with Windows Update Site and Windows Automatic Updates, so in order to use those features you need the keycode or another key that is genuine and not blacklisted by Microsoft.

PC optimization is included in our computer tuneup service.
We charge $50 for home or business.
Our tuneups include system performance tweaks.
Computer Repair and Upgrading
We repair computers in Chicago and the Chicagoland area at the low rate of $30 hour.
Repairs may be done off site (at our office) at our discretion.
That price includes diagnostics time.
Upgrade fees vary and are not charged on an hourly rate, contact us for prices.
